Job Description:

We are looking for a results-oriented QAD ERP Manager to successfully integrate our ERP software. You will be collaborating with different departments to determine which business processes need optimization, enhancing the performance of our IT systems, and deploying and implementing suitable ERP solutions.

To ensure success as an ERP Manager, you should exhibit extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and the ability to resolve integration issues. An outstanding ERP Manager will be someone whose expertise translates into streamlined business processes. The ERP Manager is responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules and systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution. You will ensure the ERP systems are functioning properly, allowing the business to run smoothly.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff, consultants and other external resources and supervise their work; provide regular feedback on performance; cultivate good cooperation and teamwork amongst colleagues.
  • Capable of working with .Net UI Front End Coding for customizations.
  • Attain deep knowledge in ERP modules, database structure and points of integration with other applications.
  • Create ERP application support Model for all users across the organization.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of information and access to support company reporting and internal control standards.
  • Manage & maintain ERP reporting flows, Maintain & troubleshoot EDI data flows.
  • Lead change/modification process to ensure all platform updates and upgrades are thoroughly tested and signed-off prior to go-live.
  • Work on ERP projects such as platform installations, upgrades and migrations, data extracts for financial or audit purposes, integration with mobile and cloud technologies, etc.
  • Partner with vendor regarding product roadmap, enhancement suggestions and support cases.
  • Capable to understanding and following Development Standards
  • Understanding of APIs, Functions and Methods.
  • Capable of creating System Integrations and the use of ETL tools.
  • Using Data Visualization tools
  • Using Report Designer tools
  • Understanding Technical Documents
  • Writing Complex DML statements
  • Programming Logic
  • XML
  • Basic Functional System Administration. (ERP Front End, User Creations, Maintaining Roles and Responsibility, Implementing Standard features)
  • Capable of define Report Resource Objects (RRO), Report Definition (Page Layout Definition) and Report Templates
  • Understanding of Reporting Framework Architecture
  • Progress Programing ("Proxy")
  • Lead projects with operational leaders to drive ERP & process improvement.
  • Continually enhance the ERP user experience across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's (4-year) degree in computer science, engineering, networking related technologies, or a similar field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Must have experience with QAD EE cloud-based ERP systems
  • Project Management Skills (PMP Certified)
  • Ideal candidate will have led an ERP implementation.
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
