Location:                  Etters, PA

Work Schedule:      Full-time, on-site/in office

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Etters, PA. This on-site role will support Human Resources initiatives across multiple business units (including CBS, Mezzanine, and HSIO CN) within the High Speed Products Group. The HR Generalist will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture through strategic HR support, employee engagement, compliance, and talent development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support, as well as transactional administration, in areas such as employee relations, performance management, training and development, and engagement.
  • Drive and develop efforts in the areas of positive and proactive employee relations including employee events.
  • Advance site culture to embrace company commitment to initiatives including diversity, wellness, security, safety, employee engagement, etc.
  • Partner with management teams on workforce planning, headcount strategies, and organizational design.
  • Facilitate internal talent acquisition efforts and support onboarding processes.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure legal compliance and implementation of HR programs aligned with local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Maintain and communicate HR policies and procedures; provide guidance to team members to ensure understanding and adherence.
  • Support and manage performance review and salary planning processes.
  • Drive compliance with regulatory requirements, including RBA audit preparation
  • Analyze employee metrics and trends to recommend HR strategies for compensation and benefits optimization.
  • Maintain HR systems and support related data entry, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Serve as a trusted partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned, in alignment with the evolving needs of the business.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of prior HR experience, generalist experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, or HRCI certification preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong problem solving, customer service, communication and organization skills
  • Proficiency using HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications
  • Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization
