Summary:  This role requires outstanding administrative and communication skills. The HR Administrative Coordinator will have superb organizational and time management skills.  The candidate will have the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.  To ensure success, the candidate will display remarkable decision-making skills, while promoting a positive environment for all levels within the organization.  This position is full time, Monday-Friday (8am-5pm).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with pre/post-employment onboarding requirements, including orientations.
  • Maintain electronic records of employees along with updating associated files.
  • Assist with the end-to-end visa sponsorship process and documentation for incoming international talent, acting as a liaison between candidates and legal counsel.
  • Manage sales incentives plans and associated calculations.
  • Coordinate offsite meetings, travel and key business initiatives.
  • Support day-to-day HR office operations.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in business discipline preferred.
  • 4+ years of current experience as an HR assistant.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Effective people skills.
  • Exposure to payroll practices.
  • Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Event scheduling/planning background.
  • Familiarity with the visa sponsorship process is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business/communication tools and 3rd party HRIS software.
  • Highly organized time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions
  • Exceptional attendance.
