- Act as a central point of coordination between the Senior Director and directors/managers across global sites
- Apply structured problem-solving and process-improvement methods to streamline organizational operations, meeting cadences, and reporting
- Manage confidential and sensitive organizational matters with sound judgment and discretion
RTP Site / Office Management
- Serve as the on-site manager for the Research Triangle Park facility, overseeing day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, and facility needs
- Coordinate on-site logistics for visiting leadership, customers, and cross-site teams, including meeting and event planning
- Own facility-related administrative processes and serve as the primary point of contact for site-level operational issues
Executive Support
- Manage travel planning and coordination for the Senior Director, including complex, multi-site international itineraries
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports in accordance with company policy

- 5+ years experience as an office manager or in executive-support capacity, preferably within an engineering or technical organization
- Demonstrated business leadership experience, including managing priorities across multiple stakeholders or sites
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to apply data-driven and process-improvement methods to organizational operations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface confidently with senior leadership
- High degree of discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information
- Proficiency with standard office and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office/365, expense and travel systems)
