Position: Technical Program Manager

Amphenol High Speed Backplane team is a market leader in high-speed, high-bandwidth electrical connectors for telecom, data communications, and markets including mobile networks, storage, servers, routers, and switches. Our interconnect solutions enable next-generation technologies and support the electronics industry worldwide.
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end execution of complex customer hardware and new product introduction programs. Based in Nashua, this role connects customer priorities with internal teams, translates commitments into clear plans, proactively manages risk, and ensures successful delivery from development through production.
The ultimate objective is to deliver what we commit to while strengthening each customer's confidence in Amphenol as a strategic partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of high-value or technically complex programs supporting GPU clusters for AI training and inference.
- Coordinate development of solutions to align with internal and external requirements.
- Ensure the internal engineering team understands the customer requirements and expectations
- Serve as the key technical point of contact for the customer to interface with to ensure they understands the solution and key attributes.
- Align customer requirements with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and test-development teams.
- Identify and resolve technical, manufacturing, supply-chain, capacity, and cross-program risks before they affect delivery.
- Give customers and leadership a clear view of status, dependencies, business impact, risks, decisions required, and recommended actions.
- Drive assigned commitments, issues, escalations, and corrective actions through closure.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience leading complex hardware, electronics, interconnect, networking, or infrastructure programs.
- Demonstrated leadership of product development, qualification, new product introduction, and manufacturing-ramp activities.
- Proven ability to manage major customers and coordinate multiple internal functions or business units.
- Engineering, operations, or a related technical background is preferred.
